This project was a detached garage that was being converted into a livable space, so the large garage door was taken out and replaced with a window (front wall) and a few other windows were installed to let light into the area, along with a french door.
There were larger stucco patch areas around the garage that needed to be addressed. The perimeter of the patch areas needed to be broken out first to get to good paper and wire, which would help tie in the old stucco to the new stucco.
Then two base coats were installed, along with a finish coat that matched the existing lace texture as closely as possible.
