This was a job that initially had complaints of water damage around the window areas, that was starting to come inside the house.
We had to remove the stucco from around the windows and found the cause of the issues, which was the flashing.
After we re-flashed the windows, we lathed everything up, applied a scratch coat, a brown coat and a finish coat that matched the existing lace texture as closely as possible.
The client was planning on painting the entire house, so there was no custom color match applied to these areas on this particular project.
We also did a little crack repair on a couple of the walls, as well.
