 process guide

Step by Step

1.

Fill out our online form, filling out all of the necessary fields, and click the submit button.

2.

I will reach out to you to set up a date and time for us to come by. We generally will not need access to the inside of the home, but that may vary depending on the home.

3.

On the date of the inspection, you do not need to be there, but you can be, if you or the client would like to. We will do a walk-round of each structure listed to be inspected. We will then complete a written inspection that you will receive via email.

How is a Stucco Inspection Different from a Standard Home Inspection?

Having a stucco contractor inspect your home's stucco offers specialized expertise that goes beyond the scope of a standard home inspection.

Stucco contractors possess in-depth knowledge about different stucco systems, application techniques, and potential issues specific to stucco that a general home inspector might not fully understand.

Their specialized training enables them to identify subtle signs of wear, underlying damage, or improper installation that could lead to future problems.

A stucco contractor can also provide assessments of repair recommendations and costs, ensuring homeowners can make more informed decisions about maintaining or improving their property's exterior. The specialized insight of a stucco contractor can lead to more precise diagnostics and recommendations, safeguarding your investment with tailored expertise.
