Before any work was performed on this wall, there were large spots of the finish that was bubbling and protruding from the wall.
These needed to be scraped off. After that, a good pressure washing exposed a lot more loose material and the first image below illustrates that.
Some spots on the wall needed to be patched prior to recoating the wall because they were too deep and would likely show through on the finish.
The final step was to apply an acrylic finish over the entire wall to make it a seamless repair. The wall was going to be painted afterward, as the existing walls had already been painted.
